There are two PeriPump models - the 200 and the 800.

Each pump delivers about 200 and 800 mL/min respectively. Output will vary depending on liquid viscosity, lift height, length of suction, length of delivery line and back pressure.

Every pump has the following features and benefits:
•Each pump is driven by a 24VDC brushless motor with an operating life of          5,000 hours.
• The pump bodies are moulded UV stabilized polycarbonate.
• The squeeze tubes are either PharMed or Tygon E-LFL - both long life                  chemically resistant materials.
• The bodies and tubes are very easy to remove / replace- no tools required.
• The boxes are IP67 rated corrosion free moulded ABS.
• The mounting system is a clever reverse upside down dovetail with a locking       latch it is very easy to mount the pump level in any substrate and keep it   securely held in place yet it enables easy demounting.
• Every pump is supplied with every component needed to complete                      installation.

There are two FloPump models - the 2600 and the 4500.

Each pump delivers about 2.6 and 4.5 L/min respectively. Output will vary depending on liquid viscosity, lift height, length of suction, length of delivery line and back pressure.
These pumps are used to pump against high back pressures and when greater output volumes are required.

Every pump has the following features and benefits:
• Each pump is driven by a 24VDC motor with an    operating life of 5,000 hours.
• The pumps are mounted in an IP67 rated corrosion free    ABS box.
• The pump mechanism is a double diaphragm type              with hastelloy valve springs.
• The mounting system is a clever reverse upside down    dovetail with a locking latch it is very easy to mount                the pump level in any substrate and keep it securely held      in place yet it enables easy demounting.
• Every pump is supplied with every component needed to    complete installation.

Very easy to use semi-automatic dosing to maintain the pH or chlorine level of a home pool:
  • Set the hourly dose amount.
  • Set the knob to the 12 o'clock position on the dial.
    That’s it, done!

  • You can turn the knob to increase or decrease the hourly dose by up to 50%.
  • You can set a shock dose and the pump will run for ten minutes and then revert to its normal programme.

  • Set an almost infinitely variable dose regime to dose or control whatever, whenever.
  • Use it to dose an ornamental water feature four times a week at 3:00 a.m. or dose an enzyme into an effluent pond once a day or control a bleed valve on a cooling tower or dose nutrients into a hydroponics system.
  • It's uses are limited by imagination only.
  • Connect it to any dosing device.
  • Set the dose time from 1 to 100 events per day.
  • The dose times can be at the same time each day or totally random.
  • The dose volume can be the same or different each time.
  • The dose volume can be set via a software (supplied with the unit) interface, or the dose volume can be set by a LEARN MODE function, or the dose volume can be set on a dipswitch array on the pcb.

The SuperMate controller provides an almost infinite number of dosing options.
Dose volumes can also be programmed by a "Learn Mode" function. It is avaliable as a control module only to fit to an exisiting pump.

Programme the SuperDoser using the SuperTimer ToolKit software. With a few mouse clicks it is set.
  • To dose the same or a different volume everyday or on a particular day or days.
  • To dose at the same time each day or at a different time on every day or different days.
  • To use one or two output channels.
  • To programme the two channels the same or differently.
  • To delay the pump start or not.
  • Whether or not the pump can be turned on and off manually.
  • To enable the "Learn Mode" or not - in this mode you "teach" the pump to deliver a precise volume
